Enough room for our family of grown children! The deck was amazing for morning coffee and hanging out. The accommodations were close to everything and had a green near the deck to watch golfing. It was a great vacation spot!- Reviewed On: 8/7/2025

This is the 4th or 5th time renting from Village Realty and each has been a seamless, trouble-free experience. The rentals are always clean and have been a pleasure to rent. 3 minor things with this property. 1) Some minor repair to the paintwork/wallpaper in the upstairs bath. 2) The bed frame in the large upstairs bedroom is VERY noisy and can be heard in the master bedroom. 3) Searched everywhere we knew to search, but could not find a trash can to leave by the curb, so everything was bagged and left in front of the dishwasher. If we missed the trash can, I sincerely apologize because that's something we religiously do before checkout. Other than that...a most excellent property and stay. We loved the house. Layout, furniture, appliances, bathrooms, location, were all great. Check in / check out both went smoothly. We did see a few unwanted bugs and there was areas that had excessive dog hair (unexpected as a no pet property), but nothing that impacted our stay. The house was ready early and very clean on arrival. They warned us that the air conditioning was not working before our arrival but they had installed window AC units in all bedrooms and living room before our arrival. And, they fixed the regular AC very quickly, so there was no issue. WiFi wasnt working right, but they fixed it the same day we filled out an online maintenance form. Very good service!! No bug issues as previous review noted. Nice house, clean, kitchen stocked well with cooking supplies. Great vacation house! Beach club access with nice pool and private beach entrance very close by. Great house! Just the size we needed. Fresh and clean when we arrived. Kitchen well stocked with all the dishes and appliances we needed. A/C worked great. No bugs to be seen! Extra blankets available for us on the chilly days. Lovely view of the golf course and just a bit of the sound too! Close walk or ride to the beach club and beach.
