What a wonderful home! It is carefully maintained and everything is in great condition. The beach club was close (3 minute walk) and fun. And, we had so much fun in Nags Head. You can walk/ride to Food Lion (great grocery store) and there are great restaurants around.Best of all, the bungalow is a 1 minute walk to daily sunsets!

Can`t say enough good things about this house. We have been coming to the Outer Banks for over 17+ years and have stay in a variety of houses in the Village. This bungalow has one of the nicest yards we have ever had! We were able to play corn hole in the back yard in our bare feet!! The sound views are great and being right on the golf course provided many funny interactions with golfers looking for their golf balls. Village Beach Club is always a hit with the kids. Beach replenishment right in front of the Beach Club caused some beach crowding and noise but the beach is going to look great again when it is finished. We hope to come back again to this house in the future.

The home was in mint condition! Very clean and welcoming. It was just my husband and I for this trip, but the house had PLENTY of space for more! I loved the view off the deck, perfect to see the sound and watch the evening thunderstorms roll in. As a kid, I loved the houses with the big windows and curtains off the back and this house was PERFECT! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need and the hot tub was a huge reason why we booked. It was all around a wonderful vacation and we would definitely stay again!

The property was gorgeous. Absolutely loved it and will likely rent it again. I was disappointed that it wasn't really clean when we got there. I know the cleaning folks were running late that day, which I get, but I wish they would have taken a little more time and cleaned better. There was a dirty wash cloth in one bathroom and it still had alot of sand in the carpet and on the steps. There was also a very strong smoke smell in the two bedrooms on the lower level.

A wonderful house in the perfect place!

We loved it. The house was perfect! Everything is carefully maintained. We love Nags Head. And, best of all, the house is a 1 minute walk to daily sunsets! By the way, it is close to the beach. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach club.

September 2018 Stay

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for over 25 years. We have stayed at a wide variety of homes with Village Realty. The Beach Bungalow was perfect for us since we only had four people. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed! The golf course and bay view were awesome. Looking forward to visiting again next summer!

June 2018 Stay

We loved Beach Bungalow. This is our 10th visit to OBX and Beach Bungalow is one of the nicest houses we’ve rented. The furnishings and kitchenware were top notch. The house was very clean and well-equipped with anything we needed. This was out first time not staying oceanfront, but we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommended rental.
