An elevator that can be accessed from every level, including the car port, is ideal for groceries, luggage and guests with accessibility issues. Four master suites, an open-concept living area and a ground level bonus room provide plenty of space for multiple or extended families. Two levels of wrap-around porch offer incredible views of the ocean on the east side and the Wright Brothers Monument to the west. Soak up the sun by your private pool, or relax in the shade on top of the dune in the shared oceanfront gazebo.

Popular restaurants including Goombays Grille & Raw Bar, Captain George's Seafood Buffet and the Outer Banks Brewing Station are all located within a mile radius. Need a break from the beach? We had a great time. I like that most rooms have a private bathroom. Wish the room with twin beds had two bunkbeds instead. We had to bring an air mattress for our third kid.

We had a wonderful vacation. Location could not have been better. This was the 3rd or 4th year at Four Roses for us - 1st year since the addition of the 6th bedroom (suite)!! What a great addition! The 3rd level views are amazing. Four Roses has such great space for a group our size (11 adults) - we never feel like we are crowded. The only downside is the the house is showing its age. It needs a little love. Bathrooms had mold in showers, kitchen faucet felt like it was going to fall off, continuous issues with hot tub leaking and jets not working, furniture is literally back breaking - we all had back aches from sitting on the living room couch - time for a sectional! For the price we pay it would be nice to have tv's in the bedrooms that you could actually see. Four Roses is honestly my favorite house in OBX but it needs and deserves some love.

The house was all we could ask for! Although there is not an ocean view from the middle floor (kitchen, main living area), it can be seen from the top deck. Kitchen was excellent and stocked with all we needed. Would stay again!

This place is even better than the pictures. Tons of space, beautiful views, and a great space for everyone to come together. Village was very communicative and kept us up to date on everything.

A great stay. Nice house. Other than the elevator not working (due to maintenance) and a couple of toilets not refilling until the pipes thawed out on Monday (it was very cold in NC), it was a perfect stay. Large rooms, each with its own bathroom and a nice layout in the lviing area.

Four Roses is an unforgettable beach cottage- the kitchen is so well equipped you can cook a 5 course meal or a seafood boil and have all the kitchen items you need! From the popcycle holders for the children to the martini glasses for the adults you will find everything you need. The many decorative bowls ( all sizes) - the pots & pans and the two dishwashers make your stay make your stay easy. The entire cottage has a warm touch with many personal items from the homeowner that make you feel like home. It is a kitchen for someone who enjoys cooking and if you prefer not to cook bring someone like my son-in-law who is Italian and loves to cook and I just enjoyed eating.The bedrooms are all spaced out for privacy- the beds are very comfortable. The living room ( there are two) downstairs is colorful and very inviting. - a large banquet table for all your family and guest to eat together and play board games. The location is just perfect-- right on the ocean and across from the Wright Memorial-- especially nice for walkers. A very nice pool for the children and adults-- my favorite spot is the rocking chairs on the wrap around porches. although you are at a cottage which reminds you of a beach cottage the interior has been modernized ! This is a cottage where the ocean is calling and the accommodations are just perfect!
