"We loved this condo! Easy to get in and out. Stairs and elevator were right next to us. Parking anywhere under cover. Quick walk to indoor pool/hot tub/workout center or to the outdoor pool/hot tub/beach. We sat on the deck overlooking the beach quite often. The balcony in this condo was huge! It was too chilly when we were there to sit out there for very long, however. The furniture in the living area was comfortable. The glass table was large enough for us to eat and play games at the same time. We picked up a VIP discount card at the office in Nags Head and used it at Miller's and Blue Water Grill. We highly recommend Miller's! Check out their hours, though. We had delicious hush puppies, mashed garlic potatoes, and filet minon! I would recommend bringing: 1) 3 or 4 bottles of hand soap for the bathrooms and kitchen since they just provided little bar soaps for the bathrooms; 2) more washcloths as there were only 2 per bedroom; 3) more toilet paper as only 1 per bathroom was provided. Other than that, everything was perfect! Lots of good communication, good location, clean condo. "

"The place was overall great. Amazing view and sounds of the beach, just by opening the screen door. beach and pool access is quick and easy. Surrounding neighbors are friendly and nice. Pool areas are great for both adults and children. One problem we did find was lighting in one of the bedrooms, but it was quickly fixed. Will defiantly come back and stay again. Hopefully soon!!"

"This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at CSC but our first in this unit. There is not enough great room seating for a 3 bedroom unit. We had a couple of maintenance issues but all were promptly taken care of. Overall the location of CSC is great and it is fairly new. The overall upkeep and maintenance of the complex has begun to deteriorate. If I was a property owner I would not be happy with the maintenance and cleaning of the property. I will probably start to look at other options in the area."

"The location of the Croatan Surf Club was ideal- close to the beach, restaurants and a large number of stores. The unit had plenty of space and had a nice view of the pool and ocean. We liked that there were two pools (indoor and outdoor), a baby pool and two hot tubs. We could hear some movement from the condo above us, but it was not terrible. The grounds were clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Croatan Surf Club is a nice setting in a convenient part of the beach area--everything is close by. The beach and pools were excellent. The condo was nice, but at this price level, could be improved with: better wifi and internet service (it is atrocious except at 6 AM), better kitchen cooking ware, better living room and deck furniture. Village Realty is A+. Not having to go to the office to pick up and drop off keys is great, personnel are easy to get on the phone and very responsive."

"Perfect Condo - The condo was convenient to acces from the parking garage with carts and an elevator. The furnishings looked brand new and it was well kept. The location was great with quick access to the pool and awesome balcony views. The indoor pool was perfect at night and on rainy days."

"September 2016 Stay - By far one of my favorite places we have ever stayed at in the Outer Banks. Perfect Location. Love the pool and hot tub. The only issue we had was the beds. Wished there was better quality mattress but other than that, we had no complaints. I will 100% rent from Croatan Surf Club again. Thank you for a great stay. "
