SP5B: Sea Pointe Paradise

The view in this house was amazing and the distance to the beach was ideal. We liked the layout and the fact that all but one of the bedrooms had its own bathroom. Grocery stores, miniature golf, and other attractions were very close by. The only negative was that there was an astonishing number of ants that appeared in the kitchen on our second day there. Later in the week, more started to appear in the upstairs bathroom next to the kitchen.

This is a great house to stay in. The house was clean on arrival and the layout and amenities are great. We are glad we added the early check-in option to our contract; it allowed us to arrive earlier and avoid the heavier traffic coming onto the island and we could bring out stuff into the house and get out on the beach sooner or go grocery shopping sooner. The view is wonderful; great seeing the sunrise each morning. The cost is affordable for an oceanfront house. Customer support from Village Realty was great; they were prompt with replying to any requests that were placed on the App provided. The appliances are updated and the kitchen is well-stocked. We would stay here again, except that our family agreed that we would rather go with a Saturday-Saturday rental, instead of a Sunday-Sunday rental; we like having the extra day back at home to recuperate from the relaxing week and not have to worry about going to work the following day. There is one nit about the home; one of the bedrooms' master bathroom does not have a door, which seems odd. The comment was placed on the App and Village Realty was prompt in replying that the homeowner will be notified of the nit, so maybe a door will be installed, eventually. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like a house that is oceanfront and close to a lot of places (Food Lion, Sonic, mini-golf, hospital, etc...).

Really nice house loved the lay out. We spent most our time at the rental and on the beach. The view was awesome the sunrise and moon rise was beautiful!!! We always stayed at hotels but going forward we will be staying in places like this!!

Loved the house and location. Beachfront and the pool was right across from the driveway. The house was very clean (my family and I used to own/manage a vacation rental company and we were all impressed). Nags Head has a lot to offer even towards the end of the tourist season. Great vacation all around. Highly recommend this house and rental company.
