The rec room is ready for action with a pool table, professional tabletop shuffleboard. The game room and mid-level have mini-fridges ready to hold plenty of cold beverages. Get away in the loft to enjoy a morning paper and coffee or in the evenings for a lively card game. Outdoor recreation includes a sand volleyball court and horseshoe pit.

Don't pack your car with all those odds and ends! Other extras include a high chair, fish cleaning table, grill, outdoor shower, plenty of seating around the pool, and many others. Kids and adults will love all the amenities in this house. This home is between the roads and guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

Parking 3-4 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Fireplace not available for guest use.

"Beautiful home, extremely comfortable beds, well decorated and pool was very clean. Wish the elevator worked to elevate carrying up 3 flights of steps. Tv remotes were tricky but after a few days we got it all sorted out."

"Blue Moon was a wonderful rental home for our visit in June 2019. The finishes and decorations in the home were all well done. The prior reviewer mentioned construction next door which has now been completed, so we didn`t experience any issues. The game room was a big hit with our family as was the pool and hot tub. Best of all, in my opinion, was that the beds were comfortable! So often rental homes have uncomfortable beds but that wasn`t the case here. My one suggestion would be to have a better grill. The grill out back was one that would be found at a park which was a bit disappointing. That being said, this house will definitely stay on our family`s list to rent again."

"Our vacation was very relaxing and comfortable. Our stay at the Blue Moon Property was an excellent experience. It had everything we needed. The beds were pretty comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds. The layout was very nice and the walk to the beach was very convenient. The hot tub was not working to par. The jets were hardly working. I called Village Realty about this and a few other small things and they were a top notch company to deal with. They were very responsive, helpful and professional with any and everything I had to deal with. I have never dealt with a realtor company that was so impressive from beginning to end. Thank-you for everything. We will definitely be using Village Realty again."
