Ideal for larger groups and extended families, this home offers five master suites so everyone can have their own private retreat. A den on the mid level can serve as an additional living area or sleeping area, equipped with a pull-out sofa and TV.

Downstairs, watch the big game or host a movie night in the custom-designed theater room. This unique space includes multiple TV's, comfortable sofas and pub seating. Prepare your concessions at the wet bar, equipped with an ice maker and dishwasher. With convenient access to the backyard, it's also perfect for grabbing poolside drinks and snacks. For some friendly competition, gather in the garage/game room where there's truly something for everyone. Go one-on-one in foosball, flex your skills on the shuffleboard table, or try to beat the highest score on the Pac Man arcade game.

During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just a short walk away and once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. For a variety of recreation options, head over to the main clubhouse where you'll find a fitness center, outdoor pool with tiki bar, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard and more.

"We absolutely loved staying at the All In and Then Some home last week! The house was a perfect fit for our three families [4 members per family - 12 total guests]. The 5 king bed bedrooms were great and the bunk room for the kids was amazing. Having 6 queen sized bunks in the new bunk room was a great surprise and our teen girls loved having that space all to themselves. The lower level theatre room was awesome, we used it every night and loved it's ice maker and mini beverage fridge too! We also loved having the extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage which came in handy for all those extra drinks. The 2 arcade games and shuffleboard in the garage were fun too. Our absolute favorite area of the home was the gated pool and hot tub area. It was so private with beautiful landscaping and such a peaceful retreat for all of us after a busy day at the beach. Having the free trolley pick up right at the end of the driveway was great for our group as well. Never more than a 5 minute wait and plenty of room to store all of your beach chairs, tubes, coolers, etc on the ride over to the beach. The amazing top floor of the home with the gigantic kitchen island was the perfect fit for our buffet style dinner each time. The home came with all of the dishes, cups, plates, silverware and appliances you could need. We would highly recommend this home to anyone with a large group, you defintiely would love this choice!!"
