Vivian McPherson began her real estate career as one of the owners of a rental home on the Outer Banks. Vacationing here with her family since 1975, her love of the outdoors firmly planted her toes in the sand by 1983. After studying briefly in Sao Paulo, Brazil, she returned home to graduate from East Carolina University with a BA in Political Science. While raising a family and operating a fishing business from Oregon Inlet with her husband Will, she pursued her current real estate path. Owning a primary home and earlier operating a rental home, led to an understanding of some of the challenges that each new client may encounter.
