Colington Harbour is a gated community nestled back on Colington Island in the town of Kill Devil Hills. Being situated on the Albermarle Sound, Colington Harbour is an avid boating community. The community provides many famiy friendly amentities including a sound side park with sandy beaches, a playground, picnic areas, and a basketball court. Most homes are member of their Yacht and Racket Club which gives renters access to their two swimming pools, tennis courts, and their clubhouse.

With the neighborhood being a mixture of retirement and single family homes, it gives families the feel of being at home but at the beach! Even though Colington Harbour provides many activities throughout the community; the beach, shops, and restaurants are a short drive away.
