The votes are in. Village Realty has won the title of Best Vacation Rental Company and Best Property Management Company from a field of 22 companies over the entire Outer Banks from Carova/Corolla through Hatteras and Ocracoke Islands in the 2019 Best of the Beach Voting from OBXToday.com and JAM Media Solutions!

This is the second year in a row Village Realty has won the title of Best Property Management Company. In the past year, we’ve restructured our owner relations and management structures to create an enhanced experience for homeowners on the Outer Banks. Our company has grown to over 700 rentals as of November 2019 and we attribute much of our success to this reorganization and focus on establishing real relationships with owners and guests. Village Realty also won honorable mention as the 3rd place winners for Best Real Estate Company, Best Commercial Real Estate Company, and Best Long Term Rental Company.

It should be mentioned that Village Realty’s partner brands also won distinguished honors in the voting. The Castle Bed & Breakfast won Best Bed & Breakfast, the First Colony Inn won 2nd place Best Bed & Breakfast, and the See Sea Motel won 2nd place Best Hotel on the Outer Banks.
