CCV13: No Worries

The house was great overall. The amenities were awesome, close walk to the beach, there was everything you needed in both kitchens and it was easy to figure out what was where due to labeling. I agree with others about instructions. There was nothing left in relation to how many of the things that seem like great extras work like the outdoor speakers, etc. Initially we were not sure if there was cable because of many remotes but only needing one. The main complaint I have is more to do with the cleaning. I was a bit shocked at the amount of sand in places when we arrived, that many areas seemed to be glossed over and not really cleaned well. Also, there were tons of spiderwebs on the decks and a few inside. Village realty was great in responding regarding our needs because the ice maker did not work upon arrival and the people before us left a note about a spill. I just think for what we all pay, it should be cleaner in general. We did not ask for anyone to come and fix that as it was easier for us to do ourselves being as though 13 of us were there and wanting to unpack and enjoy our trip. Again overall great!

This was our first stay but will not be our last. Multi generation family from PA and MA all enjoyed ourselves. The house was perfect - the best equipped kitchen we've seen on vacation. Loved the pool, hot tub and all other amenities. We had 2 small issues but Village Realty responded and fixed them immediately. We would have loved to see some instruction on operating the sound bar in the great room - we never did get it to work. The highway noise was a bit of a downside but nothing that interfered with our fun. The grandkids all want to come back to "our vacation house" so I'm sure we will.

Overall a great house with lots of room and amenities. My only complaint is that the house is showing its age and could use some improvements. For example, the kitchen sink faucet is almost impossible to completely shut off. It usually stays running with a slow trickle. In addition, the electronics were a bit messed up and needed to be "fixed" when we arrived (the sound bar and other components were disconnected). There are outdoor speakers near the pool, but we couldn't figure out how to use them and there were no instructions - that would have been a nice touch to the fun in the pool. These are little things and did not ruin our overall experience. We would rent again for sure!

This was an ideal house for our 12 member family Easter celebration. The fact that it was pet friendly was a "must have" and it was ideal. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. A few reasons I did not give 5 star rating was because the outdoor grille needed attention and the noise from the traffic on the road behind the pool was loud. This was especially noticeable at night and early morning while trying to rest. Perhaps a sound barrier along the property would help. Other than those two things, it was perfect!

We LOVED our vacation at NO WORRIES. The house was clean and well stocked. Having Linens and paper products on hand was a nice touch. The folks at Village couldnt have been better. Everyone we met was helpful. The kids loved that all the TVs and sleeping options.

The house has everything you can want and then more. Beautiful house! Really enjoyed our stay! All of the porches and outdoor furniture is all top of the line and amazing!! Village Realty is great to work with, will only rent from them!

Our first time to Nags Head! No worries No Kidding! We had a week long relaxing time. Making memories with family from New York, Ohio, and Texas. House was beautiful. We will be back!

This house is extremely clean, well kept, and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you could need.

There were 19 of us there with 17 there for 5 days and nights, it was a perfect place with the amenities offered. There was a problem with a tub shower diverted, and they responded and fixed it in less than an hour. The outside grill was not usable from all the grease in the burners, we tried to clean it but To no avail, made the call and we had a brand new one in less than two hours. The place has all the fun stuff, heated pool, hot tub, pool table, horse shoes. Big fridge, all the cooklng utensils you would ever use. Great place to stay I would recommend it to anyone, try not to get the bedroom under the kitchen.

We had an absolutely AMAZING vacation in this beautiful home.. There were some minor maintenance issues but they were immediately resolved. This home perfect for large families or groups of friends.. The kitchen is stocked with everything imaginable. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated. The heated pool and hot tub were the perfect endings to long busy days. Having close access to the beach was also much appreciated. There is so much more I could say about this house!! We were all extremely comfortable and happy!!!

No Worries very nice house with plenty of room and amenities. A few minor issues: WiFi did not work for us, lot of dust on ceiling fans and grass area was tall and not cut until our last day.

This is our 3rd year staying at No Worries! Each year we are super excited to return to our home away from home. The home is always very clean when we arrive and the bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect! We all really enjoy the pool, hot tub and pool table. Village Realty is always very helpful. We love No Worries!

No worries is a GREAT house!! Our family of 14 has plenty of room in this spacious rental. We particularly enjoyed shuffleboard and horseshoes. The house is beautifully decorated and the large dining table accommodated us very well for meals and late night board games. We really appreciated the easy check in and check out offered by Village Realty. The beach was an easy walk. Manteo and Jockeys Ridge were an easy drive...and well worth it. Kayaking, stand up paddle boards and golf were 10 minutes away. The only downside was the incessant road noise.

We enjoyed our 2016 family vacation at "No Worries" and it was the perfect fit! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a few minor issues (light bulbs out/cleaning pool) that were taken care of within a few short hours. Great company to rent with and great house. We definitely recommend this house and will hopefully be staying again in the future!

Our family had a great stay and the house was wonderfully equipped. No Worries is a beautiful home and we didn't want to leave.

Good evening! We just returned home from our 2015 family vacation to the outer banks! This is the second year we have done it as a family and our first year using village realty which we will definitely be using again! The service we received was awesome! We had an issue with hot water in our rental and through the app I reported it, and within 20 minutes there was a service man there! We also decided last minute to not take our dogs along and the refund check was waiting here when we got home! The house was so nice ans very well taken care of! There were 17 of us on vacation ranging from 6-64 in age and this house offered something for everyone! We will absolutely visit the outer banks again and will be using village realty! -Emma Carey
