This stunning 14,500 sq. ft. property is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that's unparalleled in the area, including smart home automation, "party mode" lighting and a sound system with customizable zones. High-end design choices including a glass-enclosed elevator and marble finishes galore make this estate fit for royalty. Meticulously crafted to be the epitome of luxury venues, The OBX One will flawlessly align with your vision for hosting the event of a lifetime.

The backyard event space is a fully enclosed outdoor oasis designed for curating a unique, resort-like experience for guests. The lush garden and tranquil water features make it the ideal setting for an outdoor ceremony. When it's time to celebrate, a professional outdoor kitchen makes catering a backyard reception effortless. The private pool boasts captivating fire fountains, and a 16' swim spa for 12 people. The property also includes an outdoor bar, outdoor bathrooms and showers, and a lawn space that can accommodate a large tent. Inside, the entertainment space on the top level seats up to 120 people and opens up onto a large deck with ocean views. Crystal chandeliers and marble accents including a stunning fireplace create a sophisticated, photo-worthy backdrop. The gourmet chef's kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make your event or vacation a success, anchored by an impressive 17' island for buffet-style meals. High-end appliances include three refrigerators, two Viking gas ranges, two Dacor steam convection wall ovens, and a built-in 120-bottle Dacor wine tower.

Make your way down to the mid-level ballroom using the double spiral staircase, perfect for the bride and groom's grand entrance. This elegant, two-story space with wall-to-wall marble doubles as a dance floor and is complemented by a DJ booth. The party continues on the ground floor in the rec room with full wrap-around bar, billiard table, poker table, and shuffleboard. A separate adjoining room can be designated as a nightclub or theater, perfect for a "night out" without ever leaving the property. This versatile space can also transform into a high-tech video conference room, making it the perfect venue for any occasion.

The OBX One is part of Village Realty's Signature Home Program, hand-selected properties that are diligently maintained at the highest standards. Complimentary cabana service is provided for all in-season reservations. Every day between Memorial Day and Labor Day (weather permitting), a crew will set up and break down a 10' x 20' tent and outdoor furniture at the Coral beach access located just 300 feet from the house.

"I had the privilege of attending a business event at a remarkable semi-oceanfront 12-bedroom home on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and it was truly exceptional. The location offered breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean on the rooftop deck, setting the stage for a serene escape from the typical 9-5. The outdoor amenities, including a spacious backyard with a versatile pergola and well-equipped grilling area, were perfect for networking and relaxation. The luxurious accommodations catered to various bed firmness preferences and left no detail overlooked. The meeting facilities were top-notch, and the service from the property manager was exemplary. This venue is an absolute gem for any business event, offering a unique and memorable experience against the backdrop of the Outer Banks' beauty. "OBX One is probably one of the most amazing properties I have been in. I was fortunate enough to get a tour from the Owner who handpicked the decor and design. The theater room was like being in an actual movie theater. The pool area is spacious and spectacular along with the outdoor area for grilling. I'm not sure I would even leave the outside area. The inside of the home is beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious along with the bathrooms. They have these really cool color changing light features in most of the bathrooms. The kitchen and the glass elevator would be my second favorites. And you can't forget about the view from the top level deck. If you are looking for a one of a kind event home, this is it!!! - Sarah W"
