"Wonderful location & ocean views; one of the best pools we have had. However, I felt the home itself was lacking for one at this level. Living area is relatively small; only one king; outside shower did not have header at all."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Sunny Side! We had all of our family and friends make the trip out to Nags Head for our wedding week and it was so magical. The house was beautiful, the view of the ocean was unreal and the spacious rooms were perfect for us and all of our friends. We checked out some of the best restaurants like Blue Moon Cafe and Millers Seafood and had coffee every morning at Waveriders. The shopping was so much fun and we spent the majority of our day by the pool and going down the water slide. I would recommend this property to anyone and Village Realty was the best rental company I have dealt with concerning planning a trip to the Outer Banks. They make everything so effortless and smooth. We were sad to leave but will be back again for sure sometime next year!"
