"The house was really nice, really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and hammock. We did not enjoy the next door renters smoking and general loudness, but not your fault. It definitely could have been cleaner (kitchen counters weren’t well wiped down). The sprayer on the kitchen sink leaks so I was worried about that. Nice to be able to walk to the beach. The area is beautiful, sunsets were spectacular on the sound. Overall happy with the stay except it was pricey for out of season (mid September)."
