The great room level at KD31 offers a large dining area on one side of the eat-in kitchen and a relaxing TV/living area on the opposite side.

Easy beach access (less than 200 yards). Convenient boardwalk style path leads from the driveway at KD31 around back to the outside shower in the private pool area.

No Smoking. No Pets. Fireplace is not available for guest use.

"We went on a mini vacation with a couple of our kids and grandkids. We loved this place. They had a pool and hot tub. Although the pool wasn’t heated that didn’t bother our granddaughter. She was in it every chance she could. The house was clean and comfortable. Just a block from beach access. When we had a problem with the dishwasher, I reached out and received a response right away and they sent someone to take care of it. I would highly recommend this house. We hadn’t been to the Outer Banks before but will definitely go back."
