"Not As Shown - Overall the location of this property is great but it is not maintained as shown. The beach is NOT accessible as shown in the picture as the property owner has not kept up with maintenance and the sand has overtaken the entire walkway - it's a good 6' climb through sand to get to the beach. I'm attaching a picture of the current state. Come to learn that it's been this way for 2 years and the owner is aware yet continues to advertise beach access - you pay a huge premium for this and it isn't included. The owner has no credibility and clearly uses the property as a cash cow. The grill is on it's last legs and is barely useable, the windows are shot, there was black mold in the master bathroom. The property management company was responsive, unfortunately with a dead beat owner like this one they are only able to do so much. I'd recommend Village Realty drop this owner to save their reputation."

"Great Beach House with a great layout. Every set of parents had their own bedroom and bathroom while the kids were able to stay downstairs. Great pool area and right on the beach. Super close to everything in Nags Head. Food Lion, Duck Donuts, West Marine, Fresh Market, Tanger Outlers."

"Wonderful house!!! Everything was so clean, great and intact. Company is so responsive. Only two things I can mention is possibly a blue tarp walk to the beach (we called the hill the devils elbow) and parking is difficult (but we managed)!"
