With its own private walkway to the beach and priced so that your kids can still go to college, our home continues to be one of the most popular oceanfront homes on the Outer Banks. Our ground level has been turned into a getaway for the kids - equipped with a double bed and a bathroom.

This OBX Oceanfront vacation home in Nags Head has the following features and amenities: TVs, DVD player, WiFi, pack N play, outdoor grill, outside shower, picnic table, dune top deck. This is an Old Nags Head style home, oceanfront and very family friendly.

*Ground floor bonus room is not accessible from the rest of the home. Ocean views are only from the dune deck.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

Everything was great and we already booked for next year. Only issue is the driveway is difficult to see the entrance off the road especially at night.

If you have dogs, this is the place for you! The gated deck and walkway to the beach makes it so easy for dogs. It was so nice being able to relax on the deck and not having to worry about where the dogs are. It’s also so easy getting to the beach with the private walkway. The house itself is perfect for a smaller family. We have no complaints, we will definitely be returning! Thank you for being pet friendly!

Very cozy beachfront family cottage with original wood interior. Fabulous wrap around porch with multiple seating areas & locking gates at all entrances for kids & dogs. Convenient private walkway to beach with waterfront seating area perfect for watching waves & dolphins. Kitchen is well stocked. There is no washer/dryer. Walking distance or short drive to many restaurants, shops & ice cream stops. We enjoyed our time & would stay here again.

We love this little Cottage, the last two years have been so much fun and enjoyable! Perfect location!! Great for our doggies and our family! We are so disappointed that the price is more than doubling next year! :(
