Back inside, a staircase leads to the observation loft that towers over the trees and neighboring rooftops - the perfect place to watch the sunset over the Currituck Sound. In addition to the great room, guests can gather and spend quality time together in the rec room on the west end of the top level. Show off your billiard skills on the pool table or relax in front of a second gas fireplace while watching a movie or the big game. There's even a wet bar and mini fridge for convenient beverages. Two bedrooms are also located on this floor, each with ensuite baths. As you make your way down the custom staircase milled from cedar, oak and cherry, you'll find five additional ensuite bedrooms on the mid-level. The two king suites provide access to the screened porch where you can take a relaxing soak in the bubbly hot tub.

The list of thoughtful amenities continues on the ground level, including a gas grill, fish cleaning station and garage with ping pong table and full-size fridge.
