"Second year at this house we love it. The pool area is awesome. The bedrooms are great. The pyramid beds could use new mattresses and a garage disposal would be nice. But after coming for 20 years this is our favorite place."

"The property was wonderful!! The outside lights in the backyard did not work, and the grill was not cleaned properly (grates dirty and drip pan not changed-huge fire hazard) - we had an issue the first time we used it. My husband cleaned it from top to bottom prior to us leaving."

"This house was amazing for a "family reunion" beach trip. The home is absolutely stunning; with comfortable furniture, beautiful decor, and so many conveniences. The upper level was wonderful - so much space and so many different things to do - we could have all twelve of our guests in that space, and be together but not crowded. The shuffleboard table was used many many times - it was a great easy activity for all ages! The kitchen was so well stocked - everything we could have wanted was there - plenty of pots, pans, serving dishes, coffeemakers, toasters, electric griddles....etc. Wine fridge, two dishwashers, ice-maker, and a well-functioning gas stove were all great conveniences. The bedrooms were nice sizes with comfortable beds, and lovely bathrooms for each. All 10(!) TVs were modern smartTVs and easy to log into with our own subscription services. The pool and hot-tub area were wonderful - and the outdoor speakers with ability to play any music from amazon music was a great feature! Furniture around the pool was really luxurious and comfortable. The kids especially appreciated that the hot tub had adjustable temperature control. The den area on the middle bedroom floor and the recreation area on the bottom floor were well used - it was so nice to have options so folks could spread out and get some alone time if they needed it. The elevator was a huge help for arrival/departure days, as well as bringing groceries up and trash down. We had only two small issues. The washing machine was broken when we arrived on Saturday. It took four days for a replacement machine to be provided (received Wednesday afternoon), which was a pretty significant inconvenience (we wound up doing laundry by hand in a huge bucket using the outdoor hose). Secondly, a couple of our guests mentioned they could hear road noise from 12 when they were out by the pool. All in all, this house provided an incredible experience for our extended family. It was a wonderful home for us to spend time together. I appreciate the owners offering this beautiful home to share - and I hope we will be able to return."
