Amenities / Description
Escape from the noise of everyday life when you stay at Seaclusion Pine Island, where you can surround yourself with the natural beauty of undisturbed coastal landscapes. Situated on the narrow strip of land between Duck and Corolla known as Pine Island, this home sits across from the protected Audubon Sanctuary and offers some of the most direct, simultaneous views of ocean and sound that you'll find on the Outer Banks. With the Atlantic to the east and the Currituck Sound to the west, all horizons will be sparkling blue as far as the eye can see. Walls of windows and spacious decks in the front and back of the house take full advantage of the panoramic views.
You'll see water in every direction from the open concept living, dining and kitchen areas on the top level. The living area offers plenty of seating for watching TV, playing a card game or just enjoying the breathtaking ocean view. An elegant dining area is designated for family meals, formally divided from the living space by columns and archways that allow the ocean and sound views to be enjoyed from every room on the top floor. The breakfast nook provides a second, casual dining space located off of the kitchen, where there's also an island with bar seating.
There are three master suites on the mid-level, ideal for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together. The ground level is perfect for kids, with three additional bedrooms connected by a rec room that leads to the pool area where you'll find a private saltwater pool (heated in the spring and fall) and hot tub. From there, use the private walkway and dune-top deck to easily transition back and forth from the pool to the beach for long summer days of endless fun in the sun.
Conveniently located between Duck and Corolla, you'll be just a few minutes from all the unique shopping, dining and attractions both towns have to offer.
No pets. No smoking. Fireplace not available for use.

Let’s start with the obvious: this house is oceanfront (with a private beach) AND has sound views! It has the pool, the hot tub, newer flatscreen TVs, and plenty of room for friends and family. That being said, if you’re highly discerning, it’s missing on some details. The new microwave sits within the frame of the old overhead microwave. The fridge is smallish and a different color than other appliances. There are a ton of pots and pans and dishes, but no serving trays or Tupperware. It was also kind of inconvenient for the adult couple who roomed in what was otherwise a kids’ floor. Overall, it was a great place to make memories and enjoy the best of OBX.
