Classic 1910 Coastal Carolina home that has been rented for the past 8 years. Many improvements were completed on the home 10 years ago which included new kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, and HVAC. Hurricanes in the fall of 2016 damaged the roof and the kitchen ceiling. Owner spent $6500 on a new roof which included some wood replacement, new flashing, and new kitchen ceiling.
The ceiling in the laundry room was also damaged, but did not show up until recently (see pictures).
The home needs some TLC, such as new carpet in the bedroom and living room, paint on the walls, tile repair in the kitchen, some windows need re-caulking and re-glazing, back deck needs power washing, and loose nails reset. etc. The lattice around the foundation needs reattaching and in some places replacing. With a little work, this would make an excellent rental property.
Has been rented in the past for $550 per month.
