I have heard some good fishing stories out of this pond already. Bring your saltwater and freshwater tackle.

This particular lot with the correct home build would give you fantastic views of the ocean across the empty parcel of unbuildable land between the dune line and your backyard which is what it literally is. At the same time you would have good sunset views as there are no buildings to the west of this lot. Since this lot is on a corner the views are good from all angles.
