The Villas on Roanoke Sound

The Villas on Roanoke Sound offer something different to the experienced Outer Banks vacationer. Adjacent to Jockey’s Ridge, the community offers outstanding water views, a 400-foot pier with boat launch, tennis courts and two pools. The pools are open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. Although you will feel miles from the hustle and bustle of the beach, there are many convenient beach accesses with parking nearby. And although you can explore Jockey’s Ridge by walking out your back door, be sure to visit the main entrance and maybe sign up for hang gliding lessons from Kitty Hawk Kites’ Flight School.

The clubhouse pool is open from mid-May through early October, and the courtyard pool is open from late May through early September.
