Footloose and Fab is located in the Nags Head Historic District and features a large private pool, hot tub, elevator, a game room with pool table & wet bar, gas grill and four master suites. There are lots of extra touches that make this home truly special - fantastic decor, hardwood floors and ceramic tile with beautiful detailing.
The top floor features gorgeous hardwood flooring in the living room, kitchen and dining area, giving a wonderful open feel. Relax in the whirlpool tub in the top floor king master bath. Feel the ocean breezes and watch the dolphins play as you relax on the east decks, and then enjoy a cool beverage on the west decks as you watch the sun set over the sound.
There are three bedrooms with private baths on the mid-level, including two with deck access, plus a den with a sleep sofa bed, WiFi, a half bath and the laundry room.
On the lower level is the game room, which features a pool table, wet bar with full-sized fridge. There is also another bedroom and full bath.
No Smoking, No Pets. Fireplace is not available. Ask about our Military discount.
Short Stays are available, there is a 3 night minimum.
When we arrived the house did not appear to have been cleaned at all other than the beds being made. There were trash cans full of trash, sand, hair, and sticky stuff all over one of the dressers, and one of the bathroom floors was filthy and covered in a brown substance.
I made an immediate call to the after hours service and cleaners were sent out to rectify the situation. It looked much better after they left.
There are boards on the deck that are completely loose which is not safe at all for small children. The pool has 3 out of 5 chairs that are broken and not use able. The TV in the master bathroom and the rec room appears to not have cable connected to it.
We have stayed in this home for years because it was always so clean and well maintained. I was very disappointed to see the current cleanliness state when we arrived as well as the maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
I hope that this home is restored to it's once clean and well maintained state.

I do not see where you called to notify us of the deck boards, chairs and TV but I will have someone go out to take care of these items.
