First Flight Retreat

First Flight Retreat is a well-appointed community on the oceanfront of central Kill Devil Hills. Most of the one and two-bedroom condos offer an ocean view, including many on the first floor. Every condo has a private terrace to enjoy the ocean breezes, a master bedroom, and luxurious finishes such as stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen counters. There are two elevators, a large seasonal pool with a seasonal hot tub and baby pool, a fitness room, a private beach access and covered parking.  While the beach is wide and uncrowded, you are within walking distance of many fine restaurants and shops. You may not need your car all week! Community pool and hot tub available from mid-May through mid-October, weather permitting.
