About Village Realty

Village Realty is locally owned and managed by three Outer Banks families. To better serve our owners and guests, we have two convenient offices located at Nags Head and Corolla.

We understand that communication and follow through are essential. Our experienced staff is there to answer your call; a live person always answers the phone during business hours.

We maintain a delicate balance with our homeowners and the guest. For each owner we achieve maximum income while maintaining the property in the best possible condition. This ensures your guests have a memorable vacation experience and return year after year.

• We are the Outer Banks leader in technology and innovative ideas. We stopped printing our 200+ page brochure in 2006 and have never looked back. Our vacation specialists can prepare a customized brochure to mail, fax or email right to the guest. We also offer customized online brochures that allow the guest to create and forward to other friends and family.
• Our robust website offers an OwnerWeb which provides you with 24/7 access to your owner statement, work orders and reservation report.
• The OwnerWeb also has an owner forum to help you communicate with other homeowners and exchange helpful ideas and information.
• Owners can expect direct deposit, online monthly statements and emails each time an update is made.
• Our guests can book online 24/7 and using our secure site, they make payment immediately. With 57% of our reservations booked through the website, our online presence is paramount. We offer all our owners custom websites and additional advertising on specialized websites, such as the list below, with many others in development.

Exceptional Staff

Our housekeeping department is top notch. We have strict guidelines and our expectations are high.

• Our Nags Head Housekeeping Manager leads by example, she is a Certified Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professional and was named Vacation Housekeeping Professionals Executive Housekeeper of the Year at the 2008 VRHP National Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• Our in-house housekeeping staff offers a variety of off-season services including deep cleans, carpet care and kitchen inventory.
• Village Realty was the first company on the Outer Banks to have beds made and towels provided for every check in. Our linen program helps to make each guest’s stay a real vacation from the minute they unlock the door.
• Our in-house maintenance department is experienced and dependable. We offer emergency service 24/7 which provides guests with peace of mind. Also available is off-season preventive and routine maintenance including winterization, security checks, A/C filter changes, painting and carpentry.
• An extension of our maintenance department is our in-house pool and spa department which requires each staff member to be a Certified Pool Operator. All pools and spas that we maintain must have weekly written chemical readings and be serviced twice weekly: one prior to check-in and one mid week.
