While you might find the name unique, this beautiful community was named for the local folklore along the Outer Banks. Seven Sisters was said to be a prominent series of sand dunes just south of Jockey's Ridge. Modern day Seven Sisters is a prominent Outer Banks community in Nags Head, between the beach road and the bypass. Large, luxurious homes line the quiet streets of this neighborhood, many offer private hot tubs, pools and decks. Features such as the private neighborhood pool and bathhouse draw many guests to the secluded area.
This Nags Head vacation spot offers all kinds of entertainment within a short distance. Close to a variety of shops and restaurants, youll find one to fit your mood, taste and budget. The community is also close to the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. The community pool is usually open May 5 until October 6 and provides hours of endless entertainment whether youre looking to relax and tan or play marco polo with the family. Please note that off road parking is not allowed, and towing is enforced.
The Seven Sisters community pool will be open from May 5th to September 30th in 2012. Hours of operation are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.
