14' x 28' private pool, hot tub, pool table, air hockey, horseshoes, whirlpool tub, icemaker. A gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April. Books, games, charcoal grill, outside shower, 100 yards to beach access.

This home does not allow smoking and no pets are permitted. Guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details.

Beds: 3 Kings, 1 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk with a trundle bed, 1 sleeper sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Total "5" for entire cottage! One of the best we've stayed in - in over 37 years of Nags Head vacations. One minor "fix" with shower doorsin southwest corner bedroom mid-level. Village is our favorite realty out of the many we've used. -- Jane A.

Our first trip to OBX was for my daughter's beach wedding and we loved it so much we are already planning next years trip. Walking on Sunshine was awesome!! The house provided something for everyone. We even built the whale puzzle. I would recommend Village Realty to all my friends and family, a totally seamless process. We enjoyed our stay as we always do when traveling to the OBX. This year we were able to do alot more on our vacation then we have in the past when staying further north or south in the outer banks.
