Centrally located in the heart of the Outer Banks is a beautiful Oceanside community called Seaside at the Village of Nags Head. SS-47 is just a couple lots away from the ocean and situated on a quiet, dead end cul-de-sac. Walk out your front door to a wooden boardwalk to the Ocean where the family dog is welcome all year long, on a leash of course. Enjoy the great weather and exercise too on the 11-mile long multi-use path that runs from the Kill Devil Hills/Nags Head town line to South Nags Head. This wide path runs parallel to the ocean and is enjoyed by locals and vacationers alike. It's perfect for cycling and roller blading, or simply strolling around on a pretty day. Restaurants and shopping, fishing and historic sites are all within a short drive.

13' x 29' private pool is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October. Hot tub, Jacuzzi, 8 TVs (42" LCD HDTV in living room), 6 VCRs, 4 DVDs, X-Box, Foosball, stereo w/CD & tape, DVD library with about 400 titles, wireless high speed Internet connection (please bring your own laptop), beach chairs, port-a-crib, high chair, hammock, porch swing, basketball goal, gas grill, outside shower. *Village Beach Club amenities are not available.

Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed. Parking available for for 5-6 cars.

Beds: 4 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

What a wonderful time our family had at Vacation Station. We booked this for my husband's retirement from the Army. We couldn't have had a better time.
