2010 Community Pool Dates for The Oceans: Open from May 15th through September 20th.

Have your morning coffee on the extra large oceanfront balcony and delight in views of the waves, dolphins and beachcombers! Ocean sounds will lull you to sleep in the oceanfront master bedroom at night. Spend the day relaxing at the oceanfront pool or on the beach enjoying the sun, sand and surf. This is a one of a kind OBX penthouse condo with approx. 2000 square feet, wonderful privacy and spectacular, panoramic ocean views.

Oceans North has a community pool for guests, a boardwalk to the beach and an elevator.

Jacuzzi, loft. 5 TVs, 4 VCRs, 3 DVD players, high speed Internet access (please bring your laptop computer), video library, stereo w/CD, wet bar.

Parking for 2-3 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets. This home allows short stays (3-night minimum).

Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

9/22-9/29: Jim and Pauline. We spent a wonderful week in your lovely condo. The weather was warm, and we enjoyed many relaxing days at the beach. On the cloudy days, we advantage of many of the shops at the OBX. The balcony offers fantastic views. This was our first visit to your oceanfront condo, and we settled in to all of the comforts of your beach home. (The wireless internet was a welcome bonus, too!) Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We have enjoyed your house for 3 years now and we love it. Thank you so much for the boogie boards, toys, chairs, etc. They really came in handy. The weather was great this year, fri we had a little shower but that was OK Thank you again.
