Ours is the refurbished, light, airy condo with cheery colors and pictures that all the others are copying! Feet to the beach, pool tennis courts, restaurants and a short drive to shopping, deep sea fishing (Oregon Inlet) and an outlet mall. Come on down, relax in our rocking chairs as you gaze at the ocean. Experience the beauty of Nags Head.

3 bedroom Oceanfront condo in Nags Head. Community pool, whirlpool tub, 4 TVs, 4 VCRs, 4 DVD players, video library, stereo w/CD, free domestic long distance, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, rocking chairs on the deck, wet bar with refridgerator. Books, games, high chair and Pack-n-Play. There is a gas grill for guests use.

Parking for 3 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, Queen Sleeper Sofa, 1 Rollaway. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
