Relax and enjoy the conveniences and amenities of this Old Nags Head Place home with quiet streets for bike riding, a short walk to great restaurants including Tortugas and Lucky 12 and a very easy walk (2 minutes) to some of Nags Head's finest beaches. Finish your day with a quick walk to Snowbird for some of the Outer Banks best ice cream. Our home is sure to call you back for years to come.

Enjoy 24' x 12' private pool with poolside tiki bar, hot tub, 7 TVs, 5 VCRs, 2 DVDs, premium channels Cinemax and HBO, high speed internet access (please bring your own laptop), enclosed garage with pool table and full-size refrigerator, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, stereo with CD, unlimited long distance, games, grill, fish cleaning table, covered porches and sun decks, fenced backyard and an outside shower. 'The Big Chill' is a 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bath oceanside vacation home between the roads in Nags Head. Guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean. This home allows partial week stays.

Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 2 King, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk w/ Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

We loved this house.It was well equipped and clean. Loved the green space, pool and deck furniture,keyless entry. HD TV took some getting used to.We had three generations of family and celebrated a birthday. We've been coming to Nags Head for over 20 years, now our grandkids look forward to as much as we do.Staying two weeks in 2011! -- Laura B.
