This seven bedroom oceanfront vacation home was completely remodeled and is ready for rentals!
7 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 1 half bath.
Located on the oceanfront in Nags Head.
Beds: 5 kings, 2 pyramid bunks, 2 bunk sets and a queen sleep sofa. Tequila Sunrise sleeps twenty-two people.
All of the bed linens and bath towels are provided for you and the beds will be made before you check in. Start your vacation right away!
There is a private pool that is heated from early May until early June and then again from early September until mid October (no additional charge). There is also a hot tub. You will be able to get to the beach via the walkway and you will also enjoy the dunetop deck.
Indoor amenities include a game room with pool table, eight TVs, three DVD players and a Blu-Ray player. Wireless Internet access is provided so don't forget to bring your laptop.
The kitchen is fully equipped including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishes, flatware, glassware and cookware. There is an outdoor grill for family cookouts. Central air and heat, phones, garage with a second refrigerator and washer/dryer.
On the mid level is a game room with pool table, always a favorite activity. On the ground floor is the media room with HD projector and 92" screen.
Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Nags Head vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details
Tequila Sunrise has a no smoking policy and pets are not allowed. Check in day is Saturday although we can be more flexible with this during the off season months. This Outer Banks vacation home is wedding and event friendly; please call the Nags Head office for more information at 800.548.9688.
We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

My family has been coming down to OBX several times since 1981 and have stayed at various rental locations. Village Realty is the "cream of the crop!" We thoroughly enjoyed our rental through them. The rental process was extremely easy and Village Realty was very accommodating. The house was absolutely wonderful with every amenity needed, was very clean and comfortable. We had 14 people staying at Tequila Sunrise and no one felt "crowded." We cooked full meals at the house and most every utensil, etc. was there. The location of Tequila Sunrise was PERFECT! Right on the beach,within walking distance to a full service grocery store and just a short trip to Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey Ridge, and miniature golf. One of us unfortunately sprained a knee; thank goodness the location of the house was very near to the Urgent Care medical center - we were able to continue our vacation without worry. We are all still talking about Tequila Sunrise and what fun we had. Our slogan was "Let's go fly a kite!" We had so much fun!We're already thinking about next year.
