Sweet Sixteen is an ideal vacation home for those who love the game of golf. Situated on the 16th Fairway of Nags Head Golf Links, this exceptional home boasts spectacular sound and golf course views.

'Sweet 16' features four bedrooms and three and a half baths, including two king masters with whirlpool tubs. The open floor plan and generous outdoor lounge areas make it easy for everyone to enjoy this beautiful home. The spacious living area opens up to a large screened porch with generous seating options. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast nook with seating for six, access to the garage, and a convenient pass through to the dining area which doubles as a sideboard. Off the kitchen and breakfast nook is an expansive covered deck that wraps around to the screened porch and outside shower. Enjoy the views and warm breeze while sunning on the top deck or while lounging with a drink in the sunken hot tub on the lower deck! This is the place to see Nags Head Golf Links at its best.

Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on checkout day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
