'Stella Maris' is a 2,964 sq. foot home with both horizon views of the ocean and sound has all the perks needed for a memorable beach vacation. Quiet setting in South Nags Head, yet convenient to shopping & restaurants. Enjoy 3 decks facing the east and 3 decks facing the west! Relax on the screened in porch or fire things up in the game room. Located at Mile Post 18.7 Nags Head, and just 300 yards to the sparkling sea, you'll never want to leave, 'Stella Maris'!

This 4 bedroom OBX vacation home Fronts the Beach Road in South Nags Head (guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean). 12' x 27' private pool and hot tub. The pool is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October), 4 Master Suites w/private access to decks, King MBR has garden tub & shower, 7 TVs, 7 VCRs, 4 DVDs, 2 stereos w/CD, video library, Hammock, gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April, Nintendo 64, X-BOX, Horseshoe Pit, Rec Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball, 2 full-sized refrigerators, port-a-crib, high chair, playpen, baby gate, books, games, picnic table, basketball hoop, screened porch, Ship's Watch, outside shower, fish cleaning table, grill.

Parking 3-4 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 1 King (with Memory Foam Mattress), 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Sets, 2 Pyramid Bunks (Bunk & Pyramid Bunk in the Private Den). All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
