2012 Oceanwatch Community Pool Dates: The pool is open from May 5th to September 30th (10am to 8pm) weather permitting.

Our home in a quiet neighborhood offers you fun in the community pool and you are only 170 feet from the beach access. Enjoy views of the ocean and the sound from our watchtower room and living room deck. This home is comfortable and well equipped for your family vacation on the Outer Banks.

For your convenience there is a powered luggage & grocery lift. Enjoy the hot tub, whirlpool tub and free high speed wireless Internet access (please bring your own laptop computer). A gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April. Other amenities include an answering machine, 6 TVs including one with high-definition channels, 4 DVD players, 2 VCRs, stereo surround sound, DVD, VHS & CD libraries for adults & children, books for adults & children, 2 park grills, beach chairs, beach umbrella, stroller, high chair, baby gate, pack'n'play, beach toys, 2 outside hot showers, parking for 5, dry entry.

'Southern Comforts' is located between the roads and guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

Non-Smoking. No Pets. This home allows short stays with a 3 night minimum; please call for rates and other details. Please note that this home does not have Village at Nags Head privileges.

Beds: 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Bunks sets, Queen sleeper sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
