16' x 30' private pool and hot tub. 7 TVs, 4 VCRs, 5 DVD, wireless high speed Internet access (please bring your laptop computer), stereo w/CD, fax machine, Rec Room with Pool Table, Nintendo Wii, 2 high chairs, 2 Pack-n-Plays, basketball goal, icemaker, 2 refrigerators, 2 dryers, a gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, gazebo, den (doubles as the 8th bedroom, with sleeper sofa), outside shower, gas grill.

Parking 4-5 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Mile Post 18.4 in Nags Head.

Beds: 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twins, 4 Bunk Sets, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and 2 rollaways. One bedroom on mid level doubles as a den and has the sleeper sofa in it. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
