Spacious home designed for spectacular, panoramic views of Roanoke Sound from the great room and expansive upper and lower decks. Five bedrooms with private bathrooms (one bath is disability accessible). Elevator is ideal for carrying kids, seniors, suitcases and groceries. The top floor living area with 47" TV and first floor family room provide two indoor gathering areas. Indeed this Outer Banks vacation spot will be a 'Sound Decision'!

Soundview location on the first hole of the golf course at Nags Head Golf Links. Village at Nags Head Beach Club privileges including community pool & tennis. Elevator, whirlpool tub, disability friendly, 5 master suites, a gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, 5 TVs including a 47" TV in the Living Area, 1 VCR, 3 DVD players, stereo w/CD, gas grill, outside shower.

Non-Smoking. No Pets. Parking for 4-5 cars.

Beds: 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Double Futon. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

*If there is specific information you need to have regarding access for a person in a wheelchair or with limited mobility please let us know. We are happy to go out to any home and take photos and measurements for you.

The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th

Tickets are sold Mondays and Tuesdays

Water Aerobics at the Village Beach Club
June 4th - August 10th for ages 13 and up please
Weekday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:15 am
