Relaxation, Location, Vacation...Oceanfront is the best! 'Soliel' has been designed and comfortably furnished for large families. The excellent location in Nags Head ensures you are close to some of the wonderful attractions, restaurants and shops that the Outer Banks has to offer.

About this vacation home...
There are seven bedrooms and six full baths. You are on vacation...so you don't have to make the beds when you check in. Village Realty does that for you! Bath towels are also provided but please do bring your beach towels.

Bed sizes: 3 kings, 2 queens, 1 pyramid bunk and 3 bunk sets. You will also find a starter set of paper products and hand soaps.

Sometimes it is hard to please everyone in the group...but not when you choose this beach beauty. Amenities and features include a 12' x 24' private pool which is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October. There is also a hot tub...relax and unwind after a day at the beach while looking at the stars and listening to the waves of the ocean. It does not get much better than this.

The walkway to the beach makes it easy to start your day right on the ocean. Multi-level decks, an outside shower and a park grill make it easy to enjoy the outdoors.

The rec rom with pool table TV, DVD player, bar fridge and pool table will be a popular place day and night. Do you need to "stay connected" while on your Outer Banks vacation? Internet access is provided...so don't forget your laptop computer.

Everyone can wathch their favorite TV shows ...there are seven TVs and a DVD player and VCR in addition to two stereos with CD players.

If you are going to be at Soleil in either September, October, or any winter month through the end of April you can enjoy the gas fireplace during your stay. Watch the ocean from the living area while enjoying a warm fire...it does not get much better. Anyone who has been here in the fall knows that September through November is a wonderful time to be here.

Policies at Soleil...No smoking please. Pets are not permitted but we will be happy to recommend a kennel.
Saturday check in day (more flexibility with check in days during the off season..mid October to mid May).

We mentioned that this OBX rental home is close to area attractions. Some of our most popular are Jockey's Ridge, The Lost Colony Outdoor Drama on Roanoke Island, The Elizabeth II, Elizabethan Gardens and the NC Aquarium. Be sure to make time for a trip to the Wright Brothers Memorial too.

Now...one of the best parts about a vacation is eating out and we have some excellent suggestions for you:
Owen's Restaurant on the Beach Road, Kelly's in Nags Head (on the ByPass), Lone Cedar on the Causeway to Manteo.
Since you will have a large group it is a good idea to call ahead and let them know how many hungry people will be showing up. The Nags Head Pier is a good place for a breakfast or lunch and the kids will love it.

Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. Soleil does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
