You will love this Oceanfront home in South Nags Head. With 8 bedrooms and 9.5 baths, there is enough room to bring the whole family... even Fido. A media room, rec room with a pool table will keep the kids (big and small) occupied while others want to relax in the hot tub or pool. The pool is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October. Baby equipment includes: pack-n-play, booster seat and high chair. Gas grill.

Stay connected with the complete computer workstation, including 19" monitor, computer tower, fax, printer and wireless internet.This home is close to many of the area attractions as well. For the fishermen in the group, take a trip down to the nearby Oregon Inlet Fishing Center and charter a boat for the day. Other "must see" attractions include, the Bodie Island Lighthouse, NC Aquarium, downtown Manteo and The Lost Colony outdoor drama. There is so much to do that you will want to come back year after year.

No Smoking. Pets Allowed (2 small dogs only please - under 20lbs each).

Beds: 2 Kings, 4 Queens, 3 Pyramid Bunks. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Holiday rates apply for Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and New Years week.
Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
