You'll love the quaint seaside cottage feeling JR11 evokes with such charming features as wainscot walls and ceilings, rocking chair-lined covered decks, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace (available mid Sept through end of April), and even a dunetop deck for peaceful retreats with a cup of tea and your favorite book.

Shell Cottage is full of extras from private saltwater pool (non-heated) and a fish cleaning station to gourmet kitchen with Viking professional appliances and newest technology induction cooktop, high-speed Internet access and a premium cable package with HD channels. Enjoy conveniences like 3 bedrooms with private bath access, 6 TVs (one in each bedroom, the living area and den), 3 DVD players and VCR, stereo system, ceiling fans, crock pot, den with futon (full size), lots of open decking for sunbathing, a picnic table for outside dining, as well as beach umbrellas and beach toys. These and other features like volleyball, bean bag toss, hammock, porch swing, outdoor shower, board games and puzzles, a book library and a charcoal grill, will all help to make everyone's OBX vacation fun-filled, relaxing and memorable.

Beds: 4 Queens, 1 Twin, and a Full Futon in Den. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
