The third living level is an open floor plan with a half bath and full master suite, wainscoting. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths are on the second living level. On the first level is a game room, laundry area and storage room. Hot tub, outdoor showers, over 1600 SF of decks

Property adjoins one of the finest Beach Clubs on the Outer Banks. From your deck you can watch your Kids walk to the ocean or beach club and they never have to cross a street. Home has direct access to beach through beach club or along a community walkway.

All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Disability Friendly Information:

Elevator accesses all 3 levels.

Bottom Level: 3' wide door with threshold ramp. Threshold ramps allow access to decks (no steps) and are on both the Mid and Top Levels.

Mid Level: Disability friendly Queen master bedroom with ramp to outside deck w/hot tub, accessible bathroom with 36" wide "pocket" door, roll-in shower, fold up shower seat, handrails, pedestal sink and disability friendly toilet.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The Village Beach Club Pool will open weekends only on May 5th and May 12th
Open daily from May 19th through September 30th

Wednesday Night Pool Party at the Village Beach Club
The picnics will be held on Wednesday nights from June 6th - August 8th from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Kids activities, dancing to the DJ, pool is open (weather permitting)
Tickets are sold Mondays and Tuesdays

Water Aerobics at the Village Beach Club
June 4th - August 10th for ages 13 and up please
Weekday mornings from 8:30 am to 9:15 am
