This 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bath Oceanside home in The Village at Nags Head is a fantastic choice for your next OBX vacation getaway! Just 3 lots back from the beach front on a quiet side street with a heated 12' x 24' private pool!

'Seaside 61' renovated the kitchen and bathrooms in 2009 and added new carpeting and furnishings as well! Other amenities at 'Seaside 61' include: 2 master bedrooms, hot tub, rec room with shuffleboard, bumper pool table, 6 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD player, stereo w/CD & tape, baby equipment, outdoor grill, outside shower, and covered parking.

Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk Set w/Trundle, 1 Pyramid Bunk, 2 Rollaways. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
