Spectacular & spacious describes this home only a short walk to the ocean. The approx. distance to the beach is 350'.

Lots of windows offer beautiful views of the golf course, sound and ocean. 4 king suites make this one special with plenty of room for the kids.

There is a 12' x 29' private pool and hot tub. Inside features 7 TVs, 3 VCRs, 3 DVD players, 3 stereos w/CD, high speed Internet access (please bring your laptop compuer) and a gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April. Need baby gear? The owners have provided a port-a-crib and a high chair. Outdoor extras include a hammock, 2 outside showers, gas grill. *Village Beach Club amenities are not available.

There is no smoking permitted and this home has no pets policy.

Bed sizes: 4 Kings, 2 Bunk Sets, 2 Pyramid Bunks. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Seaside 29 has been our vacation rental for 9 years. This beautiful rental fits our family of 13 perfectly. The bedrooms are spacious and the layout allows for parents and children to be on the same floor. The open kitchen design permits an easy flow and room to perform multiple cooking tasks without tripping over each other. There is ample seating to accommodate our large family. The decks on each level provide additional space for relaxation with the hot tub over looking the golf course, hammock and pool. We enjoy the pool in the evening or on rough ocean days. The location is close to some of our favorite OBX restaurants, shopping and activities. We found our perfect vacation rental when we found this Village Realty home!
