'Seaside 22' is a pet friendly 7 bedroom Oceanfront located in The Village at Nags Head. Village at Nags Head Beach Club amenities including community pool & tennis. 9' x 16' private pool is heated from early May to early June and from early September to mid October. Oceanfront gazebo, hot tub, kitchen with double ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, loft/study w/fax and hook-up for the internet (please bring your laptop computer), 9 TVs, 7 VCRs, 2 DVD players. Extensive DVD/VCR movie selections, stereo w/CD, video/book library, game table, 2 Master Suites; 1 with Jacuzzi, 1 with a sitting room with mini kitchen (small refrigerator & microwave). Pool table, wet bar & small refrigerator, bikes, beach chairs, 2 outside showers, fish cleaning table, 2 grills.
Parking for 5-6 cars. Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed.
Beds: 4 Kings, 1 Queens, 4 Bunk Sets, 2 Trundles, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week.
Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.
We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
