Come stay at 'Sea Spray'! This beautiful Outer Banks vacation home provides great ocean views and a private walkway to the beach. Enjoy the master bathroom that is fully equipped with Jacuzzi, TV, and phone. Quality accommodations make this wonderful oceanfront home even better.

6 bedroom, 4 ½ bath Oceanfront vacation home, located in The Village at Nags Head. Many upgrades including granite kitchen countertops! 12' x 28' private pool. Golf discounts at Kilmarlic Golf Course. Hot tub, Jacuzzi, elevator, 10 TVs, 6 VCRs, 3 DVD players, new game room with foosball and pool table, under counter refrigerator and TV entertainment center, steam shower, gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April, stereo with CD and surround sound, high-speed wireless Internet access, icemaker, outside shower, oceanfront gazebo, grill, pure water system. There is a refrigerator in the garage.

Non-Smoking. No Pets. Parking 4-5 cars. * Village Beach Club amenities are not available. Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week. Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

Beds: 4 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Futon Pyramid Bunk (futon on bottom and twin bed on top), 1 regular Bunk Set (2 twin beds stacked). All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Long winding driveway with a real grass front lawn. Fenced in pool in the front yard. Garage with elevator (very nice for carrying groceries up to the kitchen). Game room with pool table and plenty of sleeping bag room on the bottom floor. 6 bedrooms including a master suite on the upper/main floor. Giant greatroom/kitchen which looks out over the ocean. Wrap around porch on 3 sides of the middle floor. Deck on the upper level with bridge that crossed the dunes to the ocean and an almost private beach. There's no place like Heaven...I mean the Outer Banks! This is our favorite.

Just spent a week in Nags Head @ SS20. If you have a big family and are looking for a house to accommodate it, this is it! Thanks for making a great vacation really easy. 18 holes of golf, plenty of ocean activities, private pool, hot tub, and game room for rainy days, I do believe we will be returning next year. The Seymore's, George's, Baxter's, and White's all say thanx for the memories, and see you next year! --
