Community pool, Jacuzzi, 5 TVs (1 of which is a Plasma TV) with Digital Cable and Premium Movie Channels, 3 VCRs, 3 DVDs, stereo with CD, high-speed Internet access (bring your own laptop computer), 2 master suites, wet bar, crib, high chair, beach chairs, bikes, fish cleaning table, 2 outside showers, gas grill. Free daily newspaper from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Garage with refrigerator and TV. This townhome has a high efficiency washing machine. .
Parking for 3 cars. This oceanfront duplex has a no smoking and no pets policy. *Village Beach Club amenities are not available. You do have access to the Outer Banks YMCA--read more below.
Beds: 2 Kings, 3 Twins, Bunk set with Trundle, and 2 rollaways. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
