Oceanfront, Nags Head, family friendly. That says it all... but this Sea Pointe duplex home offers even more amenities for your next vacation. There is a community pool and tennis court access. Inside you will find 6 TVs including a plasma screen, premium movie channels HBO, Cinemax, Encore, Starz plus high-definition channels in Living Area and in Master Bedroom, 2 DVDs and 3 VCRs, high speed internet access (please bring your own laptop), as well as a stereo. After a day at the beach, enjoy the whirlpool tub. A wood burning fireplace is available mid September through the end of April. And for any time of year, take advantage of the screened porch.

This comfortable duplex offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There is 1 king bed, 1 queen and 4 twin beds. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

This home does have a no smoking, no pets policy.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
