Oceanfront 5 bedroom, 5 ½ bath duplex in Nags Head. Features include: Sea Pointe Community pool and tennis, local YMCA privileges, 2 Jacuzzis, 5 TVs, 2 DVD players, stereo w/CD, high-speed Internet access (please bring your laptop), gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, playroom with ping pong, screened porches, booster seat, books, games, outdoor grill. *Village Beach Club amenities are not available.

Parking is available for 3 cars. This oceanfront duplex has a no smoking, no pets policy.

Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk sets, 2 Twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Guests also have access to the Outer Banks YMCA, located in Nags Head. This 28,000 sqft. facility offers activities for youth, teens and adults of all ages - perfect fun for the entire family! Enjoy the outdoor pool and water park, a 25-meter indoor pool and sauna, fitness center with state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment, group exercise including spinning, interactive zone with video game-based equipment, massage therapy and hot tub, racquetball courts, skate park and full court gymnasium available for basketball, soccer and volleyball.
