This is the ONLY Sea Pointe duplex with a traditional floor plan! Master bedroom has windows from floor to ceiling, a great view of the ocean and a private deck. Tiled floor in living areas. Screened, covered porch off of the kitchen with table and chairs is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner-even in the rain!

Community pool, Jacuzzi, screened porch, 3 TVs, 3 VCRs, 3 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet access (please bring your laptop), stereo w/CD & tape, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, wet bar w/icemaker, game table in Media Room, games, books, charcoal grill, pack n play, Booster Seat, convenient first floor Den/Media Room doubles as bedroom w/Sleeper sofa, outside shower, garage.

Parking 3 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Sets, 2 Sleep Sofas. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

*Village Beach Club amenities are not available.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our office to reserve partial week stays; please call 800.548.9688 in Nags Head.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

2012 Community Pool Dates for Sea Pointe: Open from April 28th through September 30th (hours 10:00am - 8:00pm), weather permitting.

SP1A is the perfect Outer Banks getaway. Clean, cozy, and comfortable with an amazing view. We watched dolphins and whales for hours from the master bedroom balcony. The ocean front location was amazing! Everything was just perfect from the bedrooms to the kitchen, we couldn't have been happier. We spent time each night reading the journal left by former visitors and even added an entry ourself. April 2012 we will return to the Outer Banks and with luck back to SP1A -- Teri H.
